MIGRATION VISA APPLICATIONS WHICH MUST BE LODGED IN AUSTRALIA
Applications for the types of visas listed below must be lodged in Australia. Any applications lodged at the Australian Embassy, Moscow, will be invalid and will be returned to applicants or agents.
Payment of visa application charges (fees) for these visas can be made by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB or Bankcard), bank cheque drawn on a bank with representation in Australia or international money order. Payment cannot be made at the Australian Embassy, Moscow.

1. Distinguished Talent (Migrant) Visa (subclass 124)
The distinguished talent visa is for people who want to settle permanently in Australia and are able to demonstrate that they have an internationally-recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a profession, the arts, sport or research and academia.
Visa applications MUST be lodged at the Canberra Onshore Processing Centre by courier or mail:

2. General Skilled Migration
All applications for points tested general skilled migration must be lodged with the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre by courier or by mail.

3. Parent Migration
Applicants who intend to migrate to Australia as parents should apply for a Parent (Permanent) visa (subclass 103), Contributory Parent (Migrant) visa (subclass 143) or Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173).
Applications must be lodged with the Perth Offshore Parents Centre (POPC) at the address below.

4. Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa
The ENS has been developed for Australian employers to recruit permanent, highly-skilled staff from overseas (or temporary residents currently in Australia), when they have been unable to fill a vacancy from within the Australian labour market.
Visa applicants under the ENS must be nominated by an Australian employer before the visa can be granted that nomination must be approved.
The visa application must be lodged at the same Business Centre in Australia as the employer lodged the corresponding nomination - please communicate with your employer about where to lodge your application.
